How to Implement Learning Mathematics

Mathematics is one subject that is almost not liked by the students. And it is the duty for teachers who teach mathematics to change the views of students towards mathematics. For that mathematics learning should be carried out with innovative methods. This means that teachers always make updates in the way of learning mathematics in school. The goal is that the students do not feel tired and afraid of math. Therefore, teachers must be able to create a fun learning environment in mathematics learning. Teachers also must be able to understand that every student has a different potential to mathematics. And, for learning math fun, it helps if the teacher provides props mathematics, so that students not only know the theory, but also to understand the mathematics of real mathematics in their lives.
Above all, teachers must have the experience, skills, knowledge, and attitudes to provide math lessons to students. Teachers also need to provide opportunities for students to develop and create concepts or their own mathematical knowledge through self-learning. In this case, of course, the teacher must be able to act as a facilitator, enabling the students to learn, such as providing a website or blog.
University level mathematics have a difference in the school. So it must be understood that teaching mathematics to students in different schools with university level students.
Talking about the process of learning mathematics in school, there are several things that must be understood by mathematics teachers in implementing the learning of mathematics. That is, mathematics is the search for patterns and relationships, mathematics is problem solving activities, math is investigative activities, and mathematics is a means of communication. From all of which it can be concluded that learning mathematics is a creative learning activities that train students through problem-solving activities that do well in groups, in this case the necessary communication and solving mathematical problems individually. Also train students to become independent through investigation.
